FREE GUIDES & EMAIL UPDATES
The free-guide form collects your email address and records your request in our Squarespace website. Your PDF download becomes available after a successful submission. Signing up for news and updates is optional and is separate from accessing the guide.
If you choose the newsletter option, your email can be used for Power House training tips, class news, resources, and offers. You can use the unsubscribe link in marketing emails or contact us to withdraw your newsletter signup.
COACHING ENQUIRIES
The enquiry form asks for your name, email, preferred coach and coaching option, and the goals or questions you choose to share. This helps our team respond to you and discuss suitable next steps. Submissions are stored in Squarespace and sent to the gym's enquiry email.
Please avoid sending payment-card details or detailed medical records through general website forms. A coach can discuss an appropriate next step if further information is needed.
PURCHASES & PAYMENTS
Squarespace and its connected payment services process checkout information needed for your purchase, payment, receipts, and subscription management. Coaching purchases also collect your coach preference and acknowledgment of the subscription terms. Order and service information is used to fulfil your purchase and support your account.
THE PROTEIN CALCULATOR
The calculator runs in your browser. The weight and meal-frequency values you enter are not sent with the guide signup or coaching enquiry form.
